For courtesy of our guests, we can not allow pets or smoking. There will be a $500 cleaning fee for smoking. There is a strict No Noise policy from 10pm-8am.

Your reservation will be held with a 50 percent deposit, taken at time of reservation. Remainder is due at arrival. We happily accept Visa or Master Card.

There is a $25 fee per room for all cancellations. If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of stay, your deposit (minus $25 fee) will only be refunded if we are able to resell your room. No-shows forfeit total room rate for entire stay.

There will be a $35 charge for each lost room key.

If you are unable to attend due to a hurricane threat, we will offer you a full refund. Being located in central Florida, this is a rare occurrence.
